Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims the club have included a purchase option in the loan deal that will see Jayden Braaf join Serie A side Udinese on-loan until the end of the season.
Despite being regarded as one of City’s most talented youngsters, Braaf has hardly been involved at youth team level this season and has made just two appearances amid uncertainty on his future.
It was also reported earlier in the season that the winger was likely to leave the Citizens in January, with Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen’s were linked with the highly-rated youngster.
Italian outlets Sport Italia and Tutto Mercato on Saturday evening reported that Udinese were ‘very close’ to signing Jayden Braaf in the current transfer window.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano shortly confirmed the news saying the 18-year-old Dutch international will join the Serie A side on a six-month loan deal until the end of the current campaign.
The manager of Udinese Marco Gotti also confirmed the deal with Manchester City after his side’s 1-0 victory over Spezia on Sunday.
“Braaf is coming here, yes. I’ve seen some videos and he has incredible skills,”
Braaf later posted a photograph on his Instagram account on an aeroplane, presumably heading to Udine to complete the move.
According to Ben Ransom of Sky Sports, the deal taking Jayden Braaf to Italy on-loan for the remainder of the season has been completed.
The report adds that the loan move also comes with an option to buy in the region of £9 million,
In reaction to the news shared on twitter by Man City Xtra and City Chief, plenty of Sky Blues have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.

Always a low price for option to buy since there will be a buy back for city. A bit like Douglas luiz and Rabbi Matondo

They better have a buy-back clause cause 9m is a bargain for Braaf

The cheaper we sell him the cheaper we can get him back with the buy back 👏👏
