The City Football Group is showing serious interest in signing 20-year-old Luciano Rodriguez, a relatively unknown right-winger playing for Liverpool Montevideo in Uruguay. The Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that CFG plans to bid for Rodriguez, but they have set a limit of £11.7 million for his fee.
