Both Manchester United and Manchester City’s owners are featured in the list, with the Glazer Family leading the way with a valuation of $8.02 billion (£6.89bn), which includes ownership of Manchester United and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. City Football Group, which owns Manchester City, New York City FC, and Melbourne City FC, has a current valuation of $6.85 billion (£5.88bn), a 15 percent increase from the previous year.

Among the richest sports empires in the world, the Wilf Family ranks first with a valuation of $4.95 billion (£3.9 billion), owning the Minnesota Vikings, Orlando City SC, Wise Ventures, and Orlando Pride. Tepper Sports & Entertainment follows, valued at $5.26 billion (£4.15 billion) and owning the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. AMB Sports & Entertainment comes in third with a valuation of $5.5 billion (£4.34 billion) and ownership of the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, PGA Tour Superstore, and AMBSE Ventures. The Jacobs Family rounds out the top four with a valuation of $5.65 billion (£4.46 billion) and ownership of Delaware North, the Boston Bruins, NESN, Minnesota United FC, and New Meta Entertainment.
