Mohamed Salah has no intention of signing a new contract with Liverpool after talks collapsed in December, according to reports.
The Reds are still struggling to tie down the 29-year-old forward to a new deal with claims suggesting that he and his agent have no intention of accepting the current new contract bid.
Salah has previously said that he wants to stay but that his future is in the club’s hands and that he is not “asking for crazy stuff.”
But the two parties do not appear any closer to agreeing a new deal after fresh reports about his future from Fabrizio Romano.
Romano, who is renowned as a transfer guru, revealed Salah and his agent have “no intention” of accepting the current offer on the table from Liverpool.
According to him, Salah could be on the move in the summer of 2023 and would be happy to continue in the Premier League for another club.
The 29-year-old has been a revelation since his move from AS Roma in 2017, scoring 152 goals in 237 matches and helping the Reds to win the Premier League and the Champions League.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Chief asking Manchester City fans if they will love to see the Egyptian at the Etihad Stadium.
In responding, many Sky Blues have share their thoughts and opinions with many interested in the idea of the 29-year-old joining the club…

Would take him in a heartbeat tbh

Absolutely, but I don’t see that happening. He would probably go to New Castle United.

Absolutely! I’d love it! A goal machine and all round great player! One of the world’s best!

Mo Salah is still an exceptional footballer so there’s no chance that Liverpool will want to move on from him, but something may have to be decided soon as his current deal is set to expire in the summer of 2023.
That potentially puts the Egyptian star in a position of strength this summer as Liverpool will be desperate to either keep him or at least get a fee
