Carragher claims Man City have a star who is superior to Bergkamp

Former Liverpool player and Sky Sports pundit, Jamie Carragher, has claimed that Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne is better than legendary players from rival clubs Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea.
