Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims the club could be willing to sell Jack Grealish to fund the signing of Borussia Dortmund ace Jude Bellingham.
The Citizens are believed to be one of three favourites to sign Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund, with Liverpool and Real Madrid also said to be firmly in the race for his signature.
However, a deal for the 19-year-old could cost in excess of £129m, while the midfielder would also demand a substantial salary, having established himself as one of the most in-demand players in world football.
Man City are believed to be determined to sign the England international, and according to Football Insider, the Premier League champions would be willing to sell Grealish in order to raise the required funds.
The report claims that Grealish ‘has not convinced Pep Guardiola’ since making the move from Aston Villa in the summer of 2021.
As per the report, Manchester City recognise that Bellingham could cost in excess of £100m, so they may need to sell a player to balance the books.
The report shared on Twitter gathered a number of replies from a wide range of Man City supporters.
