Rio Ferdinand Praises Man City midfield target “you’re ahead if Lampard, Gerrard, and Scholes.”

Ferdinand believes Bellingham, 19, is ahead of England legends Frank Lampard, Steven Gerrard, and Paul Scholes when they were at this same age of their career.
