Manchester City star Riyad Mahrez and Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah are reportedly set to put their club differences aside as they work together as pundits for BeIN Sports during the World Cup.
Algeria and Eygpt failed to qualify for the tournament but the two players look set to keep themselves busy over the month-long Premier League hiatus for the competition.
The duo are both captains of their national teams – but their efforts were not enough to help their teams qualify for the showpiece event in November after they failed to come through African qualification. E
Egypt were defeated by Senegal in the playoff phase while Algeria lost at the same stage to Cameroon.
According to Qatari site Stad Doha, the pair look set to make the most of their time off from domestic action, however, by working as pundits for BeIN Sports during the tournament.
