Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a reports that claims the club are ‘very hot’ on the situation of Leicester City‘s Youri Tielemans.
The 24-year-old, who joined Leicester City for €45million from Monaco, has established himself as a key player at the King Power Stadium, making a total of 141 appearances in all competitions since he initially joined on loan in January 2019.
With Tielemans’s contract expiring in 2023, and with him yet to pen a new deal, many clubs around the world will be looking to secure the Belgian international on a cut-price deal this summer.
According to Santi Aouna from Foot Mercato, Manchester City are ‘very hot’ on the situation of Youri Tielemans and are in regular contact with the player’s agent.
The Cityzens however are not alone in their interest, with Manchester United and Arsenal also said to be very keen. More so, Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus are also interested in Tielemans.

If Tielemans is available on the market for a decent price and if the Belgian prefers a move to the Etihad, this move could be a no brainer for Pep Guardiola and the Cityzens. Whether that will come to pass remains to be seen.
Midfield is an area they could be considering reinforcements for. Fernandinho is out of contract at the end of the season, so another body may be required in similar territory.
