Bernardo Silva insists he is enjoying life at Manchester City despite suggestions he could leave this summer.
Bernardo was heavily linked with a move away from the Etihad Stadium in the summer, but has remained at the club for the coming season and has made a fine start to the new campaign.
The Portuguese midfielder was again on target as Manchester City beat Leicester City 1-0 at The King Power Stadium.
Bernardo Silva earned City its third straight victory in the English Premier League with a second-half goal to see off Leicester on Saturday.
The city playmaker has had a superb start to the new season and his goal on 62 minutes settled this enthralling encounter at the King Power.
The forward’s first goal of the season gave the visitors a third straight win and revenge for last month’s Community Shield defeat to the Foxes.
Speaking to BBC Match of the Day following the win, the midfielder assured City fans that he will give everything for the club he signed for from AS Monaco in the summer of 2017.
Silva said: “I love the club, I love my teammates, I love football here. I’m enjoying it and I’m always going to give my best.”
In reaction to this Bernardo Silva’s comments shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra, many City fans have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.
