Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Tottenham have decided not to sell Harry Kane under any circumstances this summer.
Manchester City, who are in search of a new striker, are rumoured to be one of the frontrunners for Kane’s signature, and the Premier League champions are thought to be have made a £100m offer for the England captain.
But Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is reluctant to part ways with Kane this summer and has slapped a staggering £150m price tag on the marksman’s head to fend off potential suitors.
City have already had a £100m bid for the striker rebuffed, but were reportedly expected to return with another bid after the European Championship.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, managing director of football Fabio Paratici and new boss Nuno Espirito Santo are not willing to part ways with Kane and will not entertain any further bids for his services.
The report claims that Spurs have privately agreed to deny their attacking talisman a move away from the club before the start of next season.
The English ace, who is contracted to Spurs until 2024, is enjoying a good Euros with the Three Lions and could lead them to glory this Sunday. He scored the winner in last night’s semifinal against Denmark. That makes it four goals in three knockout games for the Spurs star.
His stock will only rise if he managed to lead England to a win over Italy this Sunday. There is every chance that Tottenham could still demand a huge price for him if they are forced to sell next summer.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Xtra, many Man City fans have been sharing their thoughts and opinions.
Kane would have to push for a move man if he has ambition

Well that means if Kane is serious about winning and wants to leave he has to hand in a transfer request. I don’t see why he wouldn’t he has had 4 different managers or 5 at spurs now and knows they need a rebuild and he doesn’t have the time

honestly kane will force this move , like he said that he had a gentlemen’s agreement with levy and expects levy to honor it

Looks like we will just have Ferran, Jesus and Delap as strikers next season, which might not be a bad thing?
