Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a reports that claims the club will listen to offers for midfielder Yangel Herrera.
The Venezuelan has been on City’s books since joining them from Atlético Venezuela in 2017. However, he is yet to make his debut for the club, spending the large majority of his time out on loan.
The 23-year-old has spent the last couple of seasons on loan with Granada and he has really impressed, racking up 10 goals and five assists in 82 games (Transfermarkt).
The 23-year-old midfielder has an uncertain future at the Etihad, with City allegedly willing to let Herrera go this summer.
According to The Sun, the Premier league champions will listen to offers for Yangel Herrera this summer, with Southampton, West Ham and Leeds all keen for the mildfielder.
The report adds that Pep Guardiola had thought about adding him to his squad for this season but Fernandinho’s contract extension means that is unlikely.
The £20m-rated midfielder is a classic box-to-box midfielder and gives the team legs from start to end. He’s got an engine on him and is an immaculate passer of the ball.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra and City Chief, many Man City fans have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.

We should be giving him chance. He can be even better than Douglas Luiz

He still could be. Valued at 20 means sold for 12 because a buy-back clause will be inserted.

No need with Rodri, Dinho, Lavia and Gundogan

Fernandinho=Yangel actually

We should give him a go in pre season, Fernandinho is in his final season now so he could be the ideal replacement. Either that or add a buy back clause
