Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that claims the club is preparing to launch a £100 million bid for Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland this summer.
The 20-year-old is one of the most in-form forwards in world football with a host of clubs believed to be interested in signing him next year.
According to the Mirror, Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak is ‘willing to sanction‘ a move for the prolific Norwegian forward this summer, with the Etihad club prepared to bid £100 million for the Norwegian forward.

Pep Guardiola believes winning the Premier League title again this season will help them secure a player that he sees as Sergio Aguero’s ‘long-term replacement’.
The report adds that, if Erling Haaland agrees to join Man City he would become one of the highest paid stars in Europe in a deal close to £400k a week.
The €100m-rated star is contracted to remain on Dortmund’s books until 2024, but it has been reported that a €£68million release clause was included in that deal which comes into effect in 2022.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City Xtra, many City fans who have made no secret of their desire to see the youngster join the Blues have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.

No way! If that’s what it takes then no thank you. That’s a huge risk

Not even KDB and Aguero is anywhere near those wages

I’d love him to sign but that would mean he gets the highest salary. Imagine how some of the senior players would feel if some 20 year old kid got paid more than them.
