Kevin De Bruyne’s special piece of skill vs England in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday showed just what a special one of a kind footballer he is.
Was a quiet night for De Bruyne as Belgium raced into a 2-0 lead that England never really threatened to overhaul, but the manchester playmaker produce a moment of pure brilliance.
This pass was just the latest example suggesting that De Bruyne does indeed see things that other players don’t.
Collecting the ball on the half-turn, the Manchester City man is already scanning for a teammate’s run before he receives the pass.
The 29-year-old drew plaudits and fans across social media for an outrageous diagonal ball with the outside of his foot as seen on video below.

The vision and awareness of what’s happening around him and then the ability play the pass with the perfect weight on it. World class in every sense of the word.

Honestly KdB gives me the shivers. I think he’s actually a robot from the future so he knows exactly where to spray the ball seconds before anyone else knows what’s going on.
