Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports to yet another update on Valencia winger Ferran Torres’ move to the Etihad.
Pep guardiola had identified Torres, 20, as a replacement for Leroy Sane and have been tracking the Spain Under-20 international for some time and have taken advantage of his situation at Valencia to strike an agreement for the youngster.
Torres had agreed personal terms with City on a contract until 2025 and is understood to be keen on working with Guardiola.
Valencia initially demanding €45m for a player who in November became the youngest in their history to play 50 La Liga games, they have accepted a lower bid of £24.5m (€27m) plus add-ons given he has only one year left on his deal.
According to an ESPN correspondent in Barcelona, Ferran Torres will sign his contract with the Citizens on Tuesday and everything will be done in Barcelona.
In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by Man City xtra and City Chief, Manchester City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.
