Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that Diego Rosa has passes his medical ahead of signing five-year contract and completing transfer to Etihad Stadium.

The Premier league club are adding another Brazilian to their ranks after securing Yan Couto from Coritiba FC for £5 million to their roster for the 2020/21 campaign.

According to information released on Tuesday, Rosa did not link up with her current club, Gremio, today as he instead flew to Rio de Janeiro on Monday to complete his medical

Brazilian outlet Zero Hora as relayed by Sport Witness claims Diego Rosa has passed his medical ahead of his transfer and is now ready to sign a five-year contract in the next few days. City are paying €10M for the transfer, with bonuses which could make the deal reach up to €24M.

However, it looks unlikely that the Brazilian teenager will be part of Guardiola’s roster until January. He does not turn 18 until October and is not allowed to under FIFA laws.

City are likely to loan him out initially to give him some experience of playing at a high level as Rosa has never played for Gremio’s senior side.

In reaction to the report shared on Twitter by City Chief and Man City Xtra, Man City fans have expressed their thoughts and opinions.
