Premier League champions Manchester City have reportedly been offered the chance to recruit one of Erik ten Hag’s out-of-favour attacking players.
Etihad Stadium officials are understood to be on the search for a new wide-sided talent to come into Pep Guardiola’s squad and add a different dimension to the team’s attacking set-up for the forthcoming season.
Manchester City are believed to have signed Savio from fellow City Football Group side ESTAC Troyes, with the future of the Brazilian international subject to an assessment made on the club’s pre-season tour of the United States this summer.
However, in a sensational twist, Manchester City have now been offered the chance to re-sign one of their former bright sparks in the Academy who went on to excel with Borussia Dortmund, before signing for rivals Manchester United.
