However, a new prospective suitor has emerged in the form of American MLS franchise San Diego FC, who are reportedly interested in signing the Belgian star.

San Diego FC is said to be preparing an ambitious attempt to bring De Bruyne to the USA, offering terms comparable to those of football icon Lionel Messi. De Bruyne has expressed a preference for a move to America, making San Diego’s bid an attractive option for the 32-year-old midfielder. Despite this interest, Manchester City are still open to negotiating a new contract with De Bruyne and have already initiated discussions with his representatives.
