Tanner praised Sullivan’s skills, vision, and ability to read plays, advance the ball, and score goals, stating that the young player’s potential ceiling is extremely high. He expressed confidence in Sullivan’s ability to make a significant impact on the team and was pleased to have reached an agreement for him to join the Union on his first professional contract.
