Manchester City will be without Erling Haaland for their match against Brighton & Hove Albion as confirmed by manager Pep Guardiola. Despite the absence of Haaland, City head into the game coming off a FA Cup victory over Chelsea and are in a position to retain their domestic double.
Guardiola and his team are focused on the challenge in the English top-flight with Arsenal and Liverpool posing competition for their title-winning credentials. Following defeats from other top teams, Manchester City have their Premier League fate in their own hands but must avoid any slip-ups going forward.
Both John Stones and Phil Foden are set to feature for Manchester City against Brighton, with Stones recovering from a concern and Foden being available despite missing training. City will be looking to secure two victories this week in the Premier League as they aim to catch up on games and potentially secure the title by winning all remaining contests.
