Bayern Munich are looking to revive their interest in Kyle Walker and are ready to pursue him if he decides to leave Manchester City. Last summer, the Bavarian giants had shown interest in the right-back but were unable to secure his services. However, with Walker potentially looking to move on in the upcoming transfer window, Bayern Munich are in a good position to sign him.
Walker still has two years left on his contract with Manchester City, but if he decides to depart, the club could secure a decent transfer fee for the 33-year-old. Despite his age, Walker has performed consistently well for the Citizens, making 41 appearances in all competitions this season. Bayern Munich are now keen on Walker and could make a move for him after the Euros, with the hope of convincing him to play abroad for the first time in his career.
The Bavarians have faced disappointments in their pursuit of a right-back, with failed attempts to sign Kieran Trippier and Takehiro Tomiyasu in recent windows. Resurrecting their interest in Walker seems like a logical move for Bayern Munich as they look to strengthen their defense. While they may face challenges in persuading Walker to make the move, the club is hopeful that his former teammates Harry Kane and Eric Dier can help facilitate the transfer.
