While Grealish’s diet may differ from his peers, his performance on the field has not suffered, proving that his occasional indulgence in sweets does not impact his fitness levels negatively.

Ultimately, Grealish is a professional who understands his body’s needs and maintains a balanced approach to his diet. As long as his sweet consumption remains moderate and does not interfere with his athletic performance, there is no cause for concern.
