Kalvin Phillips is parting ways with Manchester City after 18 months since he signed with the club. However, he does not harbor any negative feelings toward the Etihad Stadium despite not receiving regular minutes on the pitch during his time there.
An agreement was finalized on Tuesday between City and West Ham United to allow Phillips to move to London Stadium on loan for the remainder of the season. West Ham will cover his entire salary, as well as pay City a loan fee, with an option to purchase the player in the summer for approximately £34 million.
