Well – according to Football Transfers – Pep Guardiola has earmarked the Wolves No.7 as a primary target this summer.
It is said that Man City are ready to promise Neto a spot in the starting XI as Txiki Begiristain aims to fend off Arsenal in the race for the Portugal international’s signature.
Football Transfers add that Silva and Dias have already spoken to the 23-year-old about joining them at the Etihad Stadium.
