Cole Palmer has said that Pep Guardiola taught him “everything” about football.
The Chelsea technician revealed that Guardiola taught him several fundamentals about how to play the game during an interview with Sky Sports (via YouTube).
Recently, the Englishman admitted that he had no intention of leaving City.
Palmer added that he was given an ultimatum of sorts by the Sky Blues to either stay or leave in the summer, while his intention was to join another club on a campaign-long loan.
The 21-year-old has arguably been Chelsea’s ultimate difference-maker this campaign, despite them undergoing yet another difficult campaign.
