Many fans voiced their displeasure at Manchester City’s woeful 2-2 draw to Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday.
Michael Olise scored a dramatic stoppage time penalty as Crystal Palace fought back from two goals down to secure a draw against Manchester City.
Man City looked on course for all three points after goals from Jack Grealish and Rico Lewis.
Palace pulled a goal back against the run out play through Jean-Philippe Mateta, before the visitors snatched a point from the spot in the fifth minute of stoppage time.
It was a dire day at the office for Pep Guardiola‘s side, as their tittle hopes took a severe blow.
Man City fans took to social media to express their fume over the draw to Crystal Palace. Many were annoyed at the performance.
@187Mlu: “How Pep doesn’t make any substitutions puzzles. Some legs were just tired and needed to be replaced.”
@wunnaworld: “This is so frustrating, i can’t believe it”
@im_Priyanshu_B7: “Disappointing, frustrating, bottling of highest order.”
@AbiolaMaylaw: “Guardiola bottled this one. Make the right changes. Foden, Lewis, Walker & Gvardiol had no business playing 90 mins in this match. This is a bad result by all means.”
@riotmci: “Mentality is nowhere near there this season. Absolutely shocking. New arrivals don’t want to win, newer figures have no guidance. Looks like this is the reset season.”
@sri_vastavaMein: “Awful, awful defending again. It was going so well for 75 mins and then they all lost composure, again. 4 v Chelsea, 3 v Spurs, 2 v Palace Just very, very poor defending overall. So so frustrating.”
