It has been reported that Pep Guardiola “does not expect” to sign a new contract at Manchester City.

As Guardiola’s current deal expires in 2025 at the Etihad Stadium, a revelation about his future has been made by ESPN.

The Catalan boss joined the English side in 2016 and since then, he has kickstarted a dynasty that will be hailed for years to come.

The £378,846-a-week manager even lifted the Champions League last season, leading his side to a historic treble. During his time at the club, Guardiola was widely slated for his failure to win Europe’s elite competition before he finally silenced his critics in June this year.
