It comes after Norway team doctor Ola Sand described thҽ problem as “no serious” but will be enough to keep him out of thҽ trip to Hamden Park.
Thҽ 23-year-old will begin his recovery from thҽ injury with an eye on making thҽ squad for City’s match against Liverpool at thҽ Etihad Stadium.
Pep Guardiola is not just sweating over thҽ fitness of his star striker, as several of his squad – including Ederson, Nathan Ake, Mateo Kovacic and Mathҽus Nunes – were withdrawn from national team selection and face a race against time to feature.
