Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Brighton are holding out for a fee of around €55-60million for Marc Cucurella.
City have made no secret of the fact they are still in the market for one more piece of incoming business with the long-running saga over Marc Cucurella ongoing.
The Spanish left-back has four years remaining on his current deal at Brighton but his future is under the scanner as top flight champions Manchester City have made him one of their priority targets this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Manchester City are expected to be in contact with Brighton in the coming days over Marc Cucurella. Manchester City are heavily interested in the player, and Brighton are anticipating a bid.
Romano states that although Brighton have not confirmed a price tag for the player, it could be around €55M – €60M.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.

“This is not too much, Marc Cucurella is their player of season and he still has up to 2 years in his contract and only spent one season at Brighton. I think they will be justified if they are asking for a sum like that ..”
