‘Would be a good move’ – Man City fans react as Huddersfield Town looking to bring in Man City academy ace

Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims James McAtee could be cleared to speak to Huddersfield after England U21 duty.

The 19-year-old, who hails from Salford has been on the books at Manchester City for his whole career to date and has risen up through the academy ranks of the North West giants.

The attacking midfielder, who is being tipped for a bright future in the game by the current Premier League table toppers, is attracting Championship interest ahead of next season.

Pep Guardiola’s side have a big decision to make on his future amid interest from the Football League this summer.

According to journalist Alan Nixon on his Patreon, Huddersfield Town are looking to bring in Manchester City youngster James McAtee.

The Journalist states that Manager Carlos Corberan has been in talks with Man City about a season long loan and is edging ahead of Swansea in the chase for the player.

The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.
