Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Fiorentina are prepared to demand €80m (£69m) to part ways with star striker Dusan Vlahovic.
The 21-year-old highly rated striker has been closely linked with a move to the Etihad in recent weeks as they continue to search for a new goalscorer.
Having failed to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur during the summer, Vlahovic has been regarded as a realistic alternative ahead of 2022.
The Serbian forward, who is who is attracting interest from nearly every top side on the planet, scored a hat-trick in La Viola’s 3-0 win over Spezia on Sunday, and could leave the Stadio Artemio Franchi in January.
According to Goal in Italy, any side wanting to land Vlahovic is going to have to part with a hefty €80m(£69million) to do so.
A statement from Fiorentina owner Rocco Commisso has already confirmed that the striker does not plan to extend his stay in Florence.
The report states that Commisso’s goal is to raise cash perhaps by unleashing an auction in the Premier League where Vlahovic has a lot of market especially after his last performances.
The report was shared on Twitter by City Xtra, and it attracted plenty of attention from the club’s supporters.

He can't be worth that much if he can sign a free pre-contract in a year

That's reasonable tbh. £65M for one of the best young players itw seems like a good deal to me tbh.

If that's the case let's just go for Haaland, at least that's an auction that is worth it
