Sergio Aguero has explained the key difference in training mentality between Manchester City and Barcelona in a telling reveal.
Aguero, 33, left Manchester City to sign for Barca on a free transfer earlier in the summer, but is yet to play a game for his new side as he recovers from a calf injury sustained in training.
Speaking on a Twitch stream recently, City’s record goalscorer Sergio Aguero revealed one reason why City have been streets ahead of their rivals in recent years.
“At Man City, we used to arrive at least an hour and a half before training”, he said.
“Here [at Barcelona] like half an hour before. I figured, I’m going to be there an hour before, to see if I can do something in the gym or whatever. But no, the lights were still off.”
Here’s what some fans had to say on Twitter about this Sergio Aguero’s comments.

Bring Aguero home. He's not happy there and it makes me sad to see my "prince" unhappy.

We all know he just wanted to play with his bestie 'Messi' but now Messi is gone so he probably wants to leave too.
