Liam Delap has spoken about what his future may hold with a host of Championship clubs reportedly interested in the Manchester City youngster.
There’s a lot of uncertainty over Liam Delap’s future at Manchester City this summer. The highly rated youngster and has proven himself at youth level, so decisions need to be made on how best to develop him this season.
There has been plenty of speculation that the 18-year-old striker could go out on loan this season in order to gain some vital experience, with a long list of Championship clubs interested in securing the talents of the highly-rated striker this month.
But, Delap is happy to do whatever the club thinks is best for his development, even if that means staying in Manchester.
“Obviously, it’s up to the club,” he told Sky Sports News when asked about his future. “I think what’s happened at the club so far has been amazing for me and I trust them to make the right decision.
“I’ve been extremely happy with everything that’s happened at City. I’m really happy here and I’ll just see what the club want to do for me.”
These Delap’s comment has prompt Plenty of Sky Blues to react on social media.

The problem is that time is running out for pep, he might not be keen to continue after his contract expiry 2 years from now.

So club are trying to do everything they can to give pep best shot at UCL. probably that’s the reason city are going for unprecedented bigdog signings
Hope he is given a chance to develop. He destroyed the PL2. Its clear he needs a step up in challenge. Either send him on loan, or start using him in cup games or sparingly throughout the league games in hand, come on as a sub when game is won.
