Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims Liam Delap remains a ‘live option’ for Bournemouth this transfer window.

There’s a lot of uncertainty over Liam Delap’s future at Manchester City this summer. The highly rated youngster and has proven himself at youth level, so decisions need to be made on how best to develop him this season.

There has been plenty of speculation that the 18-year-old striker could go out on loan this season in order to gain some vital experience, with a long list of Championship clubs interested in securing the talents of the highly-rated striker this month.

Bournemouth are one of a whole host of Championship clubs who are monitoring the exciting forward’s progress with the Premier League champions, as reported by Manchester Evening News.

According to broadcaster Kris Temple, Bournemouth remain an interested party in the young Manchester City striker, who is having plenty of admirers from the EFL, with Stock City being one of those this summer.

Delap joined City from Derby County and soon made a name for himself in the club’s youth ranks, quickly earning a promotion to the Under-23s side despite only being 16.about:blank

The striker went from strength last season and enjoyed an incredible campaign under departed coach Enzo Maresca, scoring 24 goals and adding five assists in just 20 games to help fire the EDS to their first Premier League 2 title

Delap has a contract with Manchester City running until 2023 and the English champions are reportedly keen to extend it before sanctioning a loan move for him.
