Fans of Manchester City have been reacting to a post on twitter, which relayed a report that claims Pep Guardiola is considering a move for Real Sociedad youngster Alexander Isak.
The Swedish forward, 21, is enjoying a breakthrough season in La Liga, with 12 goals in the Spanish top flight this term.
The Cityzens have been recently linked with big money moves for Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland, but a move for either player could trigger a world record fee, with the Premier League club reportedly eyeing other options ahead of the 2021/22 season.
According to the Mirror, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is keen on the Real Sociedad striker and is considering a move for the 21 year-old.
The report claimed that Manchester City will continue to monitor the player’s progress over the next few months, and should they wish to launch a proposal in the summer, it is likely to offer cash and a player.
The €22m-rated striker, who joined La Real from Borussia Dortmund in 2019, has a release clause of €70m at the Estadio Anoeta.
In reaction to the report shared on twitter by Man City Xtra, many Sky Blues have been expressing their thoughts and opinions.

I’ve watched him quite a few times. He’s class but we don’t need him

Haaland should be the one that we break our neck for

Don’t want to get bothered by the Haaland saga so just go for another less popular target
