‘Worth every penny’ – Fans reacts as Man City among clubs that ‘want to and still can’ sign €200m rated PSG superstar

Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays a report that claims the club is among four major European clubs that ‘want to and still can’ sign PSG superstar, Kylian Mbappe.

The World Cup-winner, who have been linked with a move to Etihad has attracted interest from across Europe.

Mbappe’s current deal with the Paris-based club expires in the summer of 2022 – with mass speculation over a move elswhere.

According to Le Parisien as translated by Sport Witness, Manchester City, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Juventus are the only four clubs that ‘want to or still’ can sign the PSG superstar.

The report claims that the French champions would ask for at least €200 million, and the Frenchman’s future wages will be somewhere around €30 million per year.

Think he is more a “pep” player overall. He can play on the wings if needed and off through the middle. Haaland is awesome and I think he’ll be a blue one day but prefer Mbappe at the moment. Worth every penny.

I mean yeah, he’s the dream. Can’t see it happening at all though. He’s got Real Madrid written all over him. The only hope is RM seem to be struggling a bit financially so they might not be able to afford him this summer, and with his contract running out the door could open.
