Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that Napoli chairman Aurelio De Laurentiis has set an initial price for Kalidou Koulibaly.
Koulibaly has been linked with a move away from Naples for several transfer windows now, after the defender established himself as one of Europe’s most formidable defenders.
Napoli’s controversial president Aurelio De Laurentiis recently stated the club will want up to £90 million for any deal involving Koulibaly.
According to Duncan Castles on the Transfer Podcast, Aurelio De Laurentiis is willing to accept an initial payment of €45 million, rising to €60-€70 million with add-ons for Kalidou Koulibaly. However, the player’s recent change of agent is causing commission complications.

Changing of agent means absolutely nothing if the said player want to go to a particular club. At the end of the day it’s all about what the player want.— Njotu 🇨🇲 (@NjotuPower) July 3, 2020
