Man City fans react as Liverpool are ‘reportedly confident’ of signing Koulibaly

Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that Liverpool are ‘confident Napoli will sell Kalidou Koulibaly to them ahead of the Citizens this summer.

Koulibaly has been linked with a move away from Naples for several transfer windows now, after the defender established himself as one of Europe’s most formidable defenders

Man City were thought to be leading the race for the 29-year-old and were said to have already agreed a five-year-deal worth over £72million 

According to Italian outlet Tuttosport, the Reds believe they can get Napoli to lower their £90million asking price for the Senagalese by offering them the former Southampton defender.
