Richard Keys criticized Manchester City’s new fourth kit, which was worn for the first time in a Champions League match against Inter. The faded yellow shirt with blue piping, designed by Noel Gallagher, paid tribute to the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ album ‘Definitely Maybe.’ Despite being the fastest-selling shirt in City’s history, Keys expressed his disapproval of the design, suggesting that Gallagher should stick to making music.

Manchester City kicked off their Champions League campaign against Inter in a rematch of the 2023 final. Pep Guardiola, however, praised the new kit, calling it marvellous and beautiful. Gallagher, a City fan and Oasis star, designed the kit with the same color palette as ‘Definitely Maybe’ and was pleased with the outcome. Despite Keys’ criticism, Guardiola and Gallagher both stood by the design, emphasizing the importance of looking good while representing the club.
