
Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that claims Pep Guardiola is more likely than not to extend his stay with the Etihad beyond the end of the season..
Guardiola’s contract at the Etihad Stadium is due to expire at the end of next season, and there have been suggestions that the Spaniard could walk away from the Citizens at the end of his current deal.
This is already the longest time Guardiola has spent at a single club, with four and three seasons at Barcelona and Bayern respectively.
There have been lots of speculation over the Catalan’s next move as the end of the contract nears.
According to The Telegraph, Guardiola and City have officially begun negotiations about a new deal.
The report claim that sources close to Guardiola say he will agree a new deal with the club.
That news will be music to the ears of most City fans who were worried about the manager being available to leave after this campaign.
