Manchester City’s wider recruitment network continues to gather pace, and a new name has now emerged following their recent activity in Mexico.
As covered earlier this week, representatives linked to the City Football Group travelled to the country to watch matches and hold discussions with local contacts.
At the time, no specific targets were confirmed. However, fresh reports from Ecuador now point to a concrete player on their agenda.
