Manchester City have made an offer to sign Tottenham teenager Mikey Moore amid competition from other clubs in the Premier League and Bundesliga. The Etihad club is looking to strengthen its first-team squad for the upcoming season while also considering new recruits for the City Football Academy.

In addition to their interest in Moore, Manchester City have recently signed 14-year-old Cavan Sullivan and Claudio Echeverri from River Plate. Moore, who has been involved in 32 goals in 33 appearances for Tottenham last season, is being targeted for his impressive performance in the Under-18 Premier League.

Despite facing competition from Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City is determined to secure the services of Moore, who has also represented England at various youth levels. The Etihad club is also preparing for the arrival of a new manager for the Under-18 team, with Oliver Reiss expected to take charge of the Blues’ academy outfit from the next season.
