Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports to another update of the club’s interest in Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Citizens, who are expected to be in the market for a new striker at the end of the 2020-21 campaign, have been linked with the 27-year-old as a potential replacement for the club’s all-time leading goal scorer Sergio Aguero.
The Athletic reported early this month that City coach Pep Guardiola is a great admirer of Lukaku and wants him to replace Aguero at the Etihad Stadium.
According to latest report from Gazzetta.it via Sempre Inter, Manchester City are ‘thinking about’ making a move for the Inter striker, and are ‘keen’ on a deal for the Belgium international.
Lukaku, who still has just under three-and-a-half years remaining on his contract has plenty of Premier League experience having spent the majority of his career in England.
The €90M-rated star has scored over 100 league goals in spells at Chelsea, West Bromwich Albion, Everton and Manchester United.
