After weeks of speculation around his future at Manchester City, Jack Grealish has joined Everton on a season-long loan.
Everton could sign Grealish for £50 million on a permanent basis if they exercise the option-to-buy clause in his contract but it is believed that they would have the liberty to negotiate a lower fee with City.
