Manchester United have been linked with a move for 19-year-old Benfica midfielder Joao Neves in recent months.
Joao Neves is a target for Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain as well. According to a report by A Bola via Sport Witness, the 19-year-old wants to join PSG over the two English clubs, and the development will come as a blow for them.
Neves has his heart set on a move to the Ligue 1 outfit, and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done. Recent reports have claimed that PSG are closing in on signing the teenager, although an agreement has yet to be struck.
