Manchester City Fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports that claim Eric García will ‘almost certainly’ become a Barcelona player today.
The highly-rated 19-year-old centre-back has been at the centre of interest from Barca throughout the summer after Pep Guardiola revealed that he did not want to sign a new contract at the Etihad Stadium.
The want-away centre-back could still fulfil his wish to return to Barcelona before the window closes.
According to Alfredo Martínez, García will ‘almost certainly’ become a Barcelona player today.
The ever reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano claim Barcelona today will try again for Eric Garcia offering €17/18m [add ons included] to City. Rafinha is not part of the deal.
While Nicolò Schira, a sport journalist and an expert in the transfer market reports the Garcia to Barcelona is a done deal. He claim the 19-year-old centre-back will sign a 5 year contract and have Medical today.
City need to sell him today or risk losing him without receiving any sort of transfer fee. He will be free to negotiate with other clubs come January 2021.

Gotta take it and try to sign someone who wants to be at City.

With that money it would be nice if they sign Nicolás Tagliafico from Ajax or if they sign a suplent striker in order that Agüero and Gabriel Jesus need time to get back in form after their injuries.
