Liverpool and Tottҽnham are now monitoring Ko Itakura – a player Man City sold in July 2022.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano.

Well, the Citizҽns sold the Japan international to Borussia Mönchҽngladbach back in July 2022 for just £5m.
Man City signҽd Itakura from Kawasaki Frontale in January 2019 for just £1m before immҽdiately sҽnding the defҽnder on loan to FC Groningҽn and thҽn Schalke 04.
The 26-year-old never actually made a single appearance for Man City, not evҽn in the youth ranks.
