Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report that claims Barcelona starlet Gavi is to be unhappy with the club’s pursuit of Bernardo Silva.
The Spain international turned 18-years-old earlier this week and he is reportedly set to pen a five-year deal with the club.
However, the player is not happy with Barcelona’s pursuit of Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva.
The Portugal international has been linked with a move to Barcelona this summer, though there has been no official bid from the Spanish side.
According to Catalan outlet Beteve, the teenage sensation has already informed Xavi that he will not renew his contract should the Catalans sign Bernardo this summer.
The report adds that the midfielder has informed Barça boss Xavi of his displeasure, with Gavi set to wait until the final day of the summer transfer window to finalise a contract extension.
The report shared on Twitter gathered a number of replies from a wide range of Man City supporters.
