Manchester City fans are worried on the extent of the injury sustained by Kyle Walker after an image emerged of the defender wearing a medical boot.
Walker and Kevin De Bruyne were forced off injured during the second half of the ill-tempered contest against Atletico Madrid in Spain, securing a 1-0 aggregate win and setting up a semi-final against Real Madrid.
RMC Sport reported earlier on Thursday, after further examination, it would appear possible that Kevin De Bruyne could be out of action up until the Cityzens’ meeting with Real Madrid in their Champions League semi-final clash.
For the side Kyle Walker as per the report, it will be necessary to carry out additional examinations to determine the duration of his unavailability.
In photographs shared on social media by Twitter user InjuryMechanisms, Manchester City defender Kyle Walker has been spotted boarding a club coach with a medical boot around his left ankle.
