Manchester City fans have been reacting to a post on Twitter which relays a report of the club’s interest in Inter Milan central defender Alessandro Bastoni.
Bastoni is experiencing a solid campaign in Italian football after producing a series of dominant displays at the heart of Inter’s backline.
The 23-year-old has found the back of the net once and grabbed three assists in 38 matches for the Italian outfit this season across multiple competitions.
It is believed that Spurs are hoping to land the Italian €60m-rated CB during the summer transfer window.
According to Corriere dello Sport as relayed by Sport Witness, Alessandro Bastoni is ‘highly appreciated’ by Manchester City, and the player has an ‘admirer above all’ in Pep Guardiola.
